ISC High Performance is a fully catered conference. As such we offer our attendees snacks, full meals as well as an assortment of beverages on all days of the event.

Conference Agenda

The ISC Agenda lets you navigate easily through the conference program and provides information on sessions and speakers. With a few clicks, you can design your own schedule.

Conference Proceedings

The conference proceedings (presentation slides) will be available online with presentations provided as PDF files a week after the event. The ISC 2020 attendees will receive an email with the access link. All accepted research papers will also be published in the Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (LNCS-Number coming soon) as open access papers, and can be downloaded free of charge from Springer’s website. The post-conference Workshops-Proceedings will be published with Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and can be downloaded free of charge for a limited time after ISC 2020 and limited to workshop organizers, speakers and attendees.

Copy & print Center

Irmschler Repro GmbH provides copy and printing services at booth #N-100 in the Exhibition Hall (Hall 3.0).

Exhibition

The 2020 exhibition brings together over 160 HPC vendors, universities and research organizations from around the world who will demonstrate their most recently developed products and technologies.

ISC Code of Conduct

ISC High Performance is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, nationality, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), manner of articulation, or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

As a professional event that aims to bring together HPC enthusiasts from various countries to actively share knowledge, ideas and network, we recognize the inherent worth of every person by being respectful to them. All forms of communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of different backgrounds.

Participants violating the ISC High Performance Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers and also banned from future conferences.

Lost Badge Fee

If you lose your conference badge, please contact the Check-in Counter (Foyer, Hall 3.0). Please note there is a processing fee of € 30 to replace lost badges.

Lost & Found

If you have lost any of your personal belongings, please ask at the Information Counter (Foyer, Hall 3.0) or contact general_requests@isc-group.com.

Network Help Desk

WiFi is available throughout the venue, the login data will be printed on your badge. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding internet connectivity, please contact iscnet@isc-events.com or the Information Counter (Foyer, Hall 3.0).

Please respect our WiFi Policy. Exhibitors and attendees are not allowed to operate any IEEE 802.11 wireless access point or any other equipment transmitting in the 2.4 GHz or 5.2 GHz frequency range in the conference and exhibition venue during ISC 2020. This also includes build-up hours.

The ISC 2020 organizers reserve the right to impose a fine on anyone who violates this policy.

Quiet Room

The Quiet Room is a dedicated space to help you distance yourself from the hustle and bustle of the conference, to enjoy a moment of rest and contemplation, and to reconnect with yourself. You can find the Quiet Room in Hall 3, on Level 3.C.

The use of any digital device is prohibited in the Quiet Room.

Seating Areas

There are seating areas in Hall 3, both on Level 0 (main entrance) and on Level Via (near Via Mobile). These areas feature power outlets to charge your devices.

Further seating areas can be found in the exhibition hall (Booth N-230 and N-220) and in the Forum, Areal.

Speakers & Press Room

A combined Speakers and Press Room is located in the Forum building on Level 0 in room “Agenda”.

Video Recordings

We will be recording different sessions and later publish the same on the internet, particularly on YouTube. In some camera settings, the audience will be visible, and you might appear as a member of the audience (in sound, picture and video).
