Pass Prices and Benefits

(March 19 - May 5, 2020)

NOTE: The registration fee includes full catering.

Registration Criteria

  • Industry Rate:
    The industry rate applies if your organization operates as a commercial business. Please check against your organization’s legal form if you are unsure.
  • Academia Rate:
    The academia rate applies if your organization operates in a non-commercial environment and its purpose is to promote education and research.
  • Student Rate:
    The student rate applies if you are currently enrolled as a student at an academic institution, and you possess a valid student ID.
  • Media/Analyst:
    Media and Analysts who are active in the HPC sector may request free registration by contacting

Registration Invoice and Confirmation

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email that includes the registration invoice. If you had requested an invitation letter, that will also be included in the same attachment.

Please note that you will not receive an invoice if you had paid by voucher and the residual amount is €0.

Our Cancellation Policy

In light of the ever-changing situation, we are offering our attendees as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible with our cancellation policy. Up until May 11 (39 days before the conference), you can request for a full refund on your conference pass. You can also contact us via our contact us via our contact form. We will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Persons who are entitled to registration fee waiver (i.e., speakers and sponsors) will receive their voucher codes as soon as possible via the defined communication channels (e.g. email, the exhibitor manual..).


Check-in & Self Registration

The Check-in and self registration counters are located in the east foyer of Hall 3.0.
Opening hours for Tutorials, Conference and Exhibition Check-in:

 Sunday, June 21  7:30 am to 8:00 pm
 Monday, June 22 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
 Tuesday, June 23 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
 Wednesday, June 24 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

The registration counter for the Workshops will be located in the Marriott Hotel.

Opening hours for Workshops Check-in:

  Thursday, June 25  7:30 am - 2:00 pm


Badge Pick Up

Badges will not be emailed or shipped. You can pick up your badge at one of the ISC 2020 Check-in counters located in Hall 3.0. Badges must be picked up personally by the attendee. A photo ID (i.e.: driver's license or passport) is required to be shown to pick up your badge.

Students will need to show valid student ID.
