ISC High Performance is a fully catered conference. As such we offer our attendees snacks, full meals as well as an assortment of beverages on all days of the event according to the valid health and safety regulations.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact operations@isc-events.com.

The check-in counters are located in the foyer of the main entrance hall.

Opening hours for tutorials, conference, exhibition and workshop check-in:

Badges will not be emailed or shipped. You can pick up your badge at one of the ISC 2022 Check-in terminals located in the Foyer of the main entrance hall. You will need to have your provided QR code ready (printed or digitally) for the self-check in procedure. Badges must be picked up personally by the attendee.

A photo ID (i.e.: driver's license or passport) is required to be shown to pick up your badge. Students will need to show valid student ID.

A cloakroom is available in the Foyer of the main entrance hall.

Data2000 GmbH provides copy and printing services at booth #H815 in the exhibition hall (Hall H).

Our event platform Swapcard will be available to all ISC 2022 attendees. The Swapcard app is downloadable from Google Play and the App Store, if you choose to browse on your smartphone. Please click here for further information using the event platform.

The ISC 2022 exhibition brings together 136 HPC vendors, universities, and research organizations from around the world who will be demonstrating their most recently developed products, technologies, and research findings.

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact the Service Counter (Foyer, Main Entrance Hall), Information Counter (Foyer, Main Entrance Hall) or the Exhibitor Services Help Desk in the Exhibition Hall (Hall H). If you are unable to locate these, please call the emergency number 112 or the CCH Hotline + 49 (0)40 3569 444.

The exhibition will be in the exhibition hall (Hall F). You can also refer to the floorplan to see how our exhibitor will be placed at ISC 2022.

The ISC Information Counter is located in the Foyer of the Main Entrance Hall.

Opening hours: Sunday, May 29 - Thursday, June 2, 8 am - 6 pm.

If you have lost any of your personal belongings, please ask at the Information Counter (Main Entrance Hall, Ground Floor) or contact general_requests@isc-group.com.

If you lose your badge, please contact the Service Counter located in the Foyer of the main entrance hall. Please note there is a processing fee of € 30 to replace lost badges.

WiFi is available throughout the venue, the login data will be printed on your badge. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding internet connectivity, please contact iscnet@isc-events.com or the Exhibitor Services desk at booth #F621 in the exhibition hall (Hall F).

Please respect our WiFi Policy. Exhibitors and attendees are not allowed to operate any IEEE 802.11 wireless access point or any other equipment transmitting in the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz frequency range in the conference and exhibition venue during ISC 2022. This also includes build-up hours.

The ISC 2022 organizers reserve the right to impose a fine on anyone who violates this policy.

A combined Speakers and Press Room is located on Level 2 in room “F”.
